Need to Return an Item?

It's really quite simple!

First: ALL returns need to be authorized. Do NOT just send an item back. The fastest way is to email us at: Sales@Fountainsnslate.com

Second: All returns MUST have either a copy or the original invoice included with your return. We can not issue credit without an invoice.

Third: The return address is at the top left side of your invoice. Fountains n Slate 9 High St Harmony ME 04942

Forth: You are liable for the return shipping cost and the product must come back in perfect resalable condition. No cut wires, or alteration to the product. All shipping costs are non-refundable

Fifth: No returns after 30 days, no exceptions
