Message: I had a few questions about a small outdoor fountain pump and the customer service was absolutely awesome. Rockee really did get back to me right away and I even had 2 follow up questions and he immediately responded. I was just so amazed at the quick replies I received. Unfortunatley you rarely see customer service like that nowadays.

Message: Dear Sir/Madam, I would just like to thankyou for such an easy purchase, although it was just a rubber stopper for my fountain, choosing the right size etc was so simple, from order to checkout, & dlvry so quick, excellent service, i had spent over 3 hours in the u.k. where i live trying to buy one on line & phonecalls, & getting nowhere, you can buy lge 3 tier concrete fountains but a simple stopper proved a real problem, once again thankyou for your excellent service, i have kept your details for future reference, (wish i had ordered 2 on checkout now i know it fits). kind regards, Valerie
